Dean’s studio is in San Mateo, California. Growing up in the

Pacific Northwest, he is inspired by patterns of light and shadows, plants and trees from that part of the country. His unique and artistic jewelry also comes from inspirations of wetlands by San Francisco Bay, and visits to art museums in his travels.

Each piece of Dean’s jewelry is fabricated using techniques which include fusing, forming, roller printing, casting, and stone setting. Handcrafted contemporary art jewelry with clean lines and organic elements are the results of his work.
