Working out of his Seattle, Washington studio, Hans creates contemporary hand painted designs into timeless silhouettes.

Form, color, and design are the elements that go into Hans’ beautiful silk work. He starts with a blank canvas, using his ideas and inspirations to create a one of a kind work of art. He personally hand paints material using fiber reactive dyes. After steam setting and washing the fabric, he cuts and sews the garment. The result is a lovely, wearable, work of art. It’s no wonder he won the Niche award for clothing on February 17, 2008!
